I’m sure you’ve heard it. It’s biblical and real. When I sin, I am sinning against God. He is insulted. Repulsed. It’s against his nature and an affront to his kingdom.
That line out of The Message “whatever you decide about me is fair” * pretty much spells out the situation.
Sin leaves a trail of tears and death. It’s not so much against each other as it is against God.
No! Not another rebel in His kingdom! All he wanted was to lavish caring abundance on his creation, but they would have none of it.
Does a Spirit cry real tears?
A God-Man does. yes.
It all makes me want to stop sinning.
